About the event
3 HOUR DANCE INTENSIVE : Focusing on Contemporary Jazz Funk and Heels .
We will start class with technical training and in different styles. Foundation is the root of a great heels dancer.
As we develop through progressions we will be pushed to our limits strengthening not just our bodies but our minds.
Objective to leave stronger more confident and determined.
(Class will be filmed ) *Bring water bottles and knee pads.
